WHO Collaborating Centre for Health and Nursing Workforce in Primary Health Care, The University of Hong Kong, organized a site visit on primary health care (PHC) for World Health Organization to collaborate with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) on the Universal Health Coverage Peer-to-Peer Exchange for Reforms and Solutions Workshop on 29 April 2026.
The site visit provided participants with an overview of the recent PHC reforms in Hong Kong SAR (China) and highlight the role of the District Health Centre. More specifically, the site visit objectives would be to learn about the integrated care and service delivery design, health workforce, application of digital health, and financing of PHC.
